My Ditty Bag

A few months ago I came across a video that Jason Klass did on his “Sundries Kit” and I immediately liked the idea, so I made one myself. Except, I have labeled mine a “Ditty Bag” but really, who cares what it’s called as long as it works, and for me, this works. Basically it is a catch-all bag, or a junk-bag. It carries many of my smaller 10 Essential items along with some other small items that can easily become lost in my pack if care is not taken. So, check out my video and let me know what you think…

About Stick

My blog is essentially a record of my hiking career. Through it, I, and others, can see how I have evolved from a heavy weight backpacker, to a smarter, more efficient, lightweight backpacker. Through the use of video, still photos, and of course writing, one can see my progression, as well as check out some of the places I hike, and not to mention some cool, lightweight gear options. For me, my blog is a journal, but for others, I hope that it is an interactive learning tool to aid them in their own progression towards lightweight backpacking.
